  • Excellent, let’s get to work! Once you reviewed all Experiences and Power-Ups you can Add-To-Cart to send your request (or simply write a detailed Inquiry). We will review and respond with an invoice, availability, and payment options. Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, the spot is yours and the planning phase begins!

  • The pictures that we take on our phones are digital images. Enhanced images are those taken on professional cameras and treated with editing software to correct brightness, hue, saturation, blur, and cropping. Professional retouching is done by hand with a digital stencil to remove objects, blemishes, hair, people, to smooth skin, and to create any artistic effect you can dream of!

  • About two weeks, but sooner if possible! If you need a faster turn-around, you can always purchase a Rushed Service power-up.

  • Once you receive a service quote, you’ll be asked to pay 50% as a deposit to secure your appointment. The other half is due on the week of your appointment. The photographer has the discretion to give your appointment time to someone else if final payment is not made 48 hours prior to showtime.

  • It is not a problem to reschedule within 14 days from your shoot! With less than 14 days there is $111 fee as we may need to ask other clients to shift their appointment time to accommodate you. If you miss your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • There are no extra costs for travel within 100 miles of San Jose, California. Additional distance costs will be included in service quote/invoice. Out-of-state/country travel is possible! However, 50% of the total service must be paid 60 days from the shoot, and the other 50% no later than 30 days from the shoot.
